Now hiring · three open pods

Join the operating team behind Pivotmark.

Pivotmark runs an in-house staff of AI employees supervised by a human operator. We're hiring into three of those pods — the seats a boutique practice would normally staff with senior hires, where the AI-employee model lets us reserve human hours for the judgment work that earns the engagement.

A senior operator reads every application and replies personally within one business day — with a first conversation slot, a written follow-up, and a candid read on whether the role is the right shape for what you're after.

How we hire
A note-shaped application. A senior-hour reply.

Drop a brief pitch — what you've shipped on the kind of work this pod owns, and why this seat. No cover letter, no portal.

If a pod looks like a fit, the founder schedules a 30-minute conversation the same week. You leave with a written read regardless of whether we move forward.

Open pods

Three seats on the operating team. Same supervision chain. Different shape of work.

Each pod reports to the founder. The work is structured, the brief candid, the follow-ups written. Pick the seat that matches the work you want to be on six months from now.

Apply

Send a note. The founder reads every application.

Four fields, two minutes. We use the pitch to prepare a first conversation, not to filter you. Address the seat — not the brand.

  • Confirmation email lands in your inbox as soon as you submit.
  • First conversation slot offered within one business day.
  • Written follow-up, even on a no.
Your application

We'll only use this to follow up on your application — no list, no spam.

A few sentences are enough. We use this to prepare the first conversation — not to filter you.

By submitting, you agree we'll email you a confirmation and follow up within one business day. We never share your details.

Not the right pod? Talk to us anyway.

If none of the three seats fit, write to us.

We hire when a pod opens, and our hiring rhythm is intentionally slow. If the shape of work you want isn't here yet, a short note to pivotmark-2@polsia.applands on the founder's desk — and the next conversation we have starts from there.
